Autism

This project aims to support and provide information about individuals with autism, a spectrum that is congenital or first appeared when they are very young, to cope with this situation and to their family members, carers. It strengthens togetherness by creating Parent and carer groups and events. Provides the opportunity to download and use trainer cards.

My role is to make everything easily accessible with usable design. Designing an equitable website, taking into account all backgrounds, gender, race, ability. I care about making it enjoyable by applying positive connections. My goal is to keep the user engaged and delighted to use the design.

This is my volunteer project / UX & UI Design

I worked collaboratively with the team Product Managers, Teaching Assistants, Architects, and the Software Development Team., using the Agile and Scrum approach to build an app to support Neurodiverse families who were waiting for their children to get an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis. The app provides users with information, support, and resources for both families and their children. I continue to volunteer with Code Your Future as a UX/UI Designer, providing support and guidance to trainees across the organisation.

Persona

I communicated with both users and clients to help design the features and create meaningful content that worked for the users. During these workshops, I collected key information and analyzed the data. Through these findings, I created personas, user journeys, user flow and supported the product.

Site Mapping

As a UX designer, the information that my design presents needs to be clearly organized and sorted, so users can successfully experience and interact with the app or website. This process of organizing information is called information architecture.

Low Fidelity Wireframe

I created low-fidelity wireframes that include the most basic content and visuals and are usually static (not interactive). They are often used to help map out the shell of the interface, its screens, and basic information architecture.
