MeetGate is an online meeting project under a company, which is an international group of companies. Meetgate is a structure established to provide solutions for the communication needs of the business world, educational institutions, and other organizations. The platform, which focuses on establishing a useful and reliable cloud system, offers a perfect platform that can be accessed from many devices with video calls, voice communication, content sharing, and chat facilities. This platform emphasises the perspectives that keep up with technology in order to ensure uninterrupted communication.  This platform creates a wonderful lesson environment by bringing students and instructors together.

We first worked together to create their branding. In this project, I successfully created detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured UX-UI designs to improved efficiency.

“Users always comes first”

I focus on the experience that users have while wing products like websites apps, and physical objects. I kept my focus on the user, the user-centered design process has five steps:

• Solve web conferencing needs that this company should use across business groups under it.
• The company wanted to provide a more secure service between its own servers.
• To provide added services integrated with other projects of the company
• It is requested to make it a platform that can serve 15 thousand users to be used among the schools owned by the institution.

Here you may see my Sign up and Login screens for our MeetGate project. The screens present simple and multiple ways to sign in, sign up or forget password pages. It is aimed to establish positive communication as if talking to the user.

I even thought of all the little details when designing the Meeting Management pages. The user can list the meetings, filter them, and schedule their upcoming meetings. Group or user can invite to the meeting. Admin can set all user properties.

The layout of the information, commands, and content in an app should echo those of the operating system in placement, composition, and colors. While apps may diverge to some degree in style, consistency on most of these points allows users to intuit or at least quickly learn how to use an interface.

When Meetgate came to me, it was a start-up company. We started the branding work before the app they wanted to create. I prepared rough drafts and presented ideas about branding. I created the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic, following brand guidelines. I also took part in their needed print designs. We kept working collaboratively in all parts of the project.
